We are pleased to welcome attendees to the Lordos Beach Hotel, a 4-star seaside resort located on the sandy beaches of Larnaca. Ideally situated just a short distance from Larnaca International Airport and the city center, the hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, accessibility, and first-class hospitality.

Renowned for its elegant ambiance and world-class amenities, Lordos Beach Hotel is one of Cyprus’s most prestigious hotels – making it a perfect setting for both professional engagement and seaside relaxation during the conference.

Accommodation Details

The Conference Organising Bureau has arranged accommodation only for:

  • The official country representatives (one primary delegate per national association)
  • Invited keynote speakers

    For all other categories, accommodation arrangements is subject upon availability at the hotel. If there is such need, please sent your request to the SEPAC2025 Conference Liaison Mrs Niki Mita

    Please note that staying at the Lordos Beach Hotel is not mandatory for Other Categories conference attendees. You are welcome to make your own accommodation arrangements based on your preferences and needs.

    We encourage to book early, as October is a busy season in Larnaca. Whether you choose to stay at the Lordos Beach Hotel, where the conference will be held, or at another nearby hotel, securing your accommodation in advance will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

    • Sjögren Europe Official Country Representative and Invited Speakers

    Accommodation for Sjögren Europe Official Country Representative and invited speakers will be provided as follows:

  • Eligibility: One (1) person
  • Room Type: Standard room, single occupancy
  • Breakfast: included for each day
  • Stays: Three (3) nights
  • Check-in: Thursday, 9 October 2025
  • Check-out: Sunday, 12 October 2025

    • Important Information

  • Accommodation reservations will be processed based on the information submitted in the official registration form.

  • Attendees who wish to extend their stay before or after the official conference dates may do so at their own expense, pending availability.

  • Any additional costs (e.g. minibar, room service, extended stay, guests, etc.) must be settled by the attendee at check-out.
