Sjögren Europe Member Representatives

Accommodation for Sjögren Europe representatives per country member, will be provided as follows:

  • Eligibility: One (1) representative per country
  • Room Type: Standard room, single occupancy
  • Breakfast: included for each day
  • Stays: Three (3) nights
  • Check-in: Thursday, 9 October 2025
  • Check-out: Sunday, 12 October 2025

    • Accommodation Preferences and Additional Arrangements

  • If a S.E. Representative has a personal assistant (P.A.), no additional charges will apply. 
  • If a S.E. Representative has a second person (who is not a P.A.) additional charges may apply under specific conditions.
  • Attendees who wish to extend their stay before and/or after the conference dates can either select a hotel independently or stay at the event hotel.
  • In this second case, the attendee must submit a written request to the SEPAC2025 Event Organizer Liaison, Mrs. Niki Mita, as early as possible. All such extensions are subject to Lordos Beach Hotel availability and will incur extra charges. Additional days beyond and/or after the conference days are not eligible for reimbursement.

    • Important Notes

    • Any expenses incurred during attendees stay that are not included in the official accommodation arrangements will be charged upon check-out.
    • Reservations will be processed based on the information provided in the submitted registration form.
    • The Conference Organising Bureau is responsible solely for the accommodation arrangements of the primary member representative from each national association and the keynote speakers.
    • Accommodation arrangements for other delegates fall outside the Bureau’s scope and must be managed independently.
